What are all the methods for dealing with idiopathic scoliosis?

Hi, guys. My best friend’s kid has been diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis. As far as I know, it is not so easy for treatment. I would really like to know what all the methods are for dealing with this disorder. I would really be grateful if someone could answer me this. Thanks, folks!

Rash and swelling after surgery

I had lower disc surgery around two weeks ago. Now I have a rash on my buttock with the siatica and swelling and burning right under the same buttock. There is no redness and although I don't tend to run fever anyway, I don't have any fever. Got any ideas? thanks md
