Ruptured dics between the C6 and C7

I have a ruptured dics between the C6 and C7...I would like to try some alternative meds instead of prescription which I find I am getting allegeric reaction to. Do you know of any that can been obtained from GNC for joint inflamation repair. I am doing phy therapy 2x a week and some at home....
