Prior to ACDF has moderate left and mild right osteophytic ridging with moderate narrowint r/t uncovertebral ostrophytes. Had surgery on 05/30/2014 on 2/12/14 was dx w/ sever bilateral neural foraminal narrowing r/t osteophytic ridging. How is that possible?
