Regaining feelings in hands after Cervical Laminectomy

Question? I have had spinal surgery to relieve numbness in my feet and hands. Also to help with my overall balance. My feet or no longer nunb and I can balance myself when standing and walking. my questionis: How long will it take for my hands to regain feelings and be nornal again
