Bulge under belly button after tummy tuck

I am a 19 year old male who underwent a tummy tuck. It has been 6 months post op and i still have a hard bulge under my belly button that stops at the scar. I do not think it is swelling but i am not sure? any suggestions

Lose weight with water and exercise

Well, I want to lose weight. At the moment, I drink a lot of water, do 5 hours of exercise a week (perfectly happy with doing more), dont eat much either. If you need to know anything else, just ask?

I am not success in my weight loss goal, as it's too much difficult

I have been working out in gym for last two weeks and do cycling at least for 45mins. I own 149 lbs today and two weeks b4. As I workout hard in gym and do a lot of fasting. I just had a tummy tuck 4 months ago. They told me tha I have to go on diet around 1,200 calories. What happen if I dont follow strick diet. Does the fat around the stomach area comes back?.
