I'm not losing weight!

I need to lose about 10 to 15 pounds of body fat. I am not losing it! I am exercising. I keep going back and eating the junk! I need to lose it for sleep apnea problems! I'm 50 soon. I am so discouraged! Any suggestions?

So ... I can't seem to find any unsolicited good or bad remarks on this "Lose belly fat" method. Has anyone tried this, what are the results? I am really tired of spending money on these "proven" methods, only to get no results.

upper belly fat after abdominoplasty

I had a full abdominoplasty 2 years ago and my upper belly looks distended and my lower belly is too flat. It is not symetrical and I have a total curve standing sideways. Yes the diet works, I did get hungry but it was worth it after seeing the weigh loss!
