Sunburn is caused by overexposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun's rays as well as tanning lamps or welding arcs. Exposure to lesser amounts of UV causes a sun tan. Talk about tanning products, sunburn prevention and treatments, and sweating disorders such as excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) and prickly heat here.

I have problem with my skin. I was too exposed to the sun so I have sunburns all over my body. It is red and even itchy sometimes. Now my skin is starting to peel. It is not a pretty site. I would like to do something about it but I don't know what. Do you have any recommendation?
