1 day late and abnormal period

I was one day late but it lasted only two days and wasnt like my normal period i am always regular , I'm feeling nauses and having really bad headaches and light cramping not sure whats going on,I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was a faint positive I need some help here could i be pregnant?

Im 15 and i have pubes,a little armpit hair, and tons of acne. I have almost no arm and leg hair. My penis when soft is 1/2 of an inch and when hard its 2-3 inches. I occasionaly have pre-cum when i try and masturbate but ussually nothing happens. Am i normal?
