im going into the 9th grade and wanna to join my schools soccer team whats the best sort of work out tips and or routines to do while there is still quite a bit of summer left. I also have free weights aka dumbbells. also what sort of diet should i eat to lose weight im 5 11 and weigh 167 pounds i have a flat stomach but i definately have a bit of skin there. tips and help would be great thank.

Ok if you want good body shape then start running, swimming, cycling
and little bit gym. its up to you which want you like in among them.
these exercise basically for body shape.
