91 yr old man with testicle ascending to abdomen

My 91 yr old father in law, has a problem . when he has stood up too long, his right testicle ascends to his abdomen. He and my mother in law have been staying with us . His doctor is in Hawaii. Should I take him to emergency room?

Bumps on scrotum

I noticed i have odd kind of bumps or bubbles on my scrotum, I can only see them when my testicles sagged, when i touch it i cant feel anything weird on my testicle, im wondering if it could be built up sperm or something?
