Hi I recently found a lump just inside my vagina, it does move and its quite soft. Also sometimes it gets smaller then bigger again. I am 16 and dont have any other symtoms and when i went for a ultrasound scan nothing came up. could i still have cancer?

Small lump on scrotum. Could it be cancer?

I am 14 and there is a small lump on my scrotum (3cm by 2cm). It is skin color with a red tint. I think I have had it for a while. There is no pain. I have not noticed any growth since I started inspecting it (about a month ago). Could it be cancer?
