i have a pus cells in urine from last four days and i am having difficulties in urination, day before yesterday i had a pain in my left testis but in night i got relief, but when i observed it, my left testis was little bit down then normal one, it is still there, next day when i wok up, pain started in my back i don't know was it muscle pain or something else but it was not any general back pain, last night i got relief from that too, today when i wok up i had still pus cells in my urine and urination problem and little bit pain in my back, i didn't take any medicine, i just took two glass of lemon water yesterday.
so, can you please help me to get out of this?
