hey, im 19 and have a small pea sized lump on my scrotum just under the skin near my penis it hurts to touch even gently but nothing comes out when i squeeze it. im not very active so not sure if it is something to do with that but any inssight would be a major help.

Hi, i have pimple kinda bump on my sac, i am confused whther it is a pimple or a wart. when i squeezed it, a thread like white substance came out and after that nothing happened. The bump still remains and doesnt seem to disappear. Can some1 tell me what it is?

Hey, I found a sizable lump on my left tube of the testicle (don't know what it's called) I have no idea if it's cancerous but it can ache slightly sometimes and hurts bad if hit, sort of like a testicle. If anyone can help, please.
