Since at least the age of 12 I have had a smooth mass above my left testicle. It is about the size of a small marble and the same consistency as my testicle. i've had this lump on my scrotum for about 4 days now, i'm not sure what it is and i was hoping that someone could try and shed some light. it's quite tender, and i've also noticed that i am very tender where my groin and thigh meet, and i also feel a lump there as well.

I feel pain my left testacles since last 6 months,7 years ago I felt the same problem,& done all tests (scaning, testing etc...) i consult with 3 urologists they said the same no more problems , but now a days i feel the same pain.
