I am a 17 year old boy, and for about the past 6 months I've had redish brown spots some on the shaft and head of my penis. They are embarrassing. I've tried many anti-fungal treatments fro athletes foot but none of them have had any affect. What do I do? They don't itch, or smell, but they exist, which is a source of my insecurity. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

hey man its impossible to tell without seeing anything and even so.... just knowing what they look like its very difficult to make a diagnosis.
have you been to a doctor about it? there are many spots or marks whic appear on the penis that are totally harmless.
one other thing are you sexually active? if so it may be an std but thats unlikley.
