Im 18 years old and in my first year of college. I have never been sexually active, so that rules out an STD. I have experienced blueballs, and this is not the discomfort i am feeling. When i was young (about 8 years old) i remember having to take an anti-biotic because my left testicle was swollen, unfortunately i cannot remember much more. I dont masterbate that much, but it has become painful when i do not, so i do it once about every 1-3 days. The pain is getting increasingly worse, starting to carry over to after i masterbate as well. My ejaculate consists of strands with a gelatin kind of texture. They can be up to 1 inch long, and are very painful when exiting. I can feel them travel through the prostate and it is very concerning to me. I decided to write on here because i may have noticed a lump on the vein attached to the left testicle (im not sure if its a vein but whatever it is). It is the main source of the pain, and when i cough, it hurts as well, as if someone punched me in the groin. Please reply to this post, my pain is increasing by the day.

Hi,
The gelatin occurs to a lot of guys but usually it's just a few small "chunks." Regardless, you should not experiencing frequent pain or pain when coughing.
The lump could be epididymitis, an inflammation of your epididymis (the vein thing I think you're feeling). This could be caused by an infection.
Please see your doctor for a start. I would insist upon a referral to a urologist if he/she seems to be unclear as to the cause.
