I was wondering. I have an extremely painful mole on the left of my scrotum. I never really notice it as it is almost the same color as my skin. I have one huge testicle its my left testicle. Its probaly three times the size of my right one which is normal. It doesnt hurt at all. I dont wanna go to a doctor or my parents bc im scared.
