Brown patches on penis and some on testicles

Hi i was wandering about these brown patches on my penis. Half of it is light brown and there are also dark brown patches aswell. Also on the underside of my ball bag there is like a brown patchy line. I am worried i may have something. I always thought that they were birth marks. What do you think?
