hi i am 15 and i found lots of white small spots on my testicles about 1/5mm long and i am scared to tell my parents what do you think they are?? ?

Hey, it's good that you're getting to know your genitals and have spotted something you have questions about.
This will benefit you as you grow older and perform regular self-checks!
What you have probably discovered are simple hair follicles that are spaced very regularly over the scrotum. They sometimes look like pimples, but do not become infected or raise to any sort of a head. Just bathe regularly, and use some mild soap and water to keep the area clean.
Second, it could also be a condition called fordyce, which also appear as regular raised dots. These don't have to be worried about either.
You could do an internet search on fordyce as well to learn more, but you could find more info on that also here on Steadyhealth in the articles that appear to the left of the forum.
Next time to get to the doctor's office, you could ask about those small spots, but I wouldn't worry about them at this time... unless they are infected, itch badly or break open. And you don't indicate any of that above.
You could also read more on this forum, and learn more about how others have dealt with similar sounding conditions.
