Waking up with only 1 testicle

Hi i was just concerned with testicles and i was wondering if you could give me an anwer if you can. Lately i have been waking up with only one testicle and by the day it comes back. I don't know whats going on or if i should be really concerned?

i was using a razor (machine one) and got a tiny cut on my testicle. it was bleeding a little, but it stopped in a minute or so, and doesn't hurt. i'm a bit concerned, is there anything to worry about?
