I went to see urologist because of the constant ache in the testicle. He diagnosed me that I am suffering from varicolele in my left testicle. As he explained me that it is a mass of enlarged veins that develops in a spermatic cord…which caused the swellings that I wasn’t even aware of….anyway I want to know what causes this condition and how it is possible that I haven’t got more symptoms.

A varicocele develops when the valve that regulates blood flow from the vein into the main circulatory system becomes damaged or defective, and than that kind of blood flow causes enlargement of the vein. Well, most of the men have no symptoms, but ache in the testicle that you had is actually symptom among the other possibilities. It is believed this condition can contribute to infertility.
