Does different sized testicles affect Sperm fertility

I'm a male, 31 years Old, who has two (2) different sized testicles with one almost the midsize of the other normal sized. I am having this strong feeling that this may have affected my reproduction systems which is why I am not producing kids. Please share some light into this.. Thanks.. Tai Kone
