For the last two weeks my friend's testicals have been enlarged. They are currently the size of a coconut. At first there was no pain associated with it. This week it is painful when he walks. He was admitted into the hospital on Monday, June 4th. they have ran tests for every possilbe sexually transmitted disease along with other tests and all tests are normal. He is being discharged today, and sent home with anitbiotics. The testicals are still enlarged and now the penis is also enlarged. Can anyone shed any light on what this might be. Thanks!!
