What could be going on? Can nasal polyps cause this?

I have nasal polyps, but now my the muscles in my neck ache. I don't have a sore throat, except when I go to swallow. I get a very hoarse throat, daily. What could this be?

my daughter has been compainning that she has a stuffed nose , sore head , sore throte , pans shotting in her body , and my response was a cold but im not sure ?? any suggestions what it might be thanks

My throat is killing me!!!!!!!!! It hurts when i swallow and when i talk. When i open my mouth i have a white substance in like these pocket looking things back by my tonsils or on my tonsils i dont know. What is it? is it strep throat? should i get my tonsils removed?
