tense throat

I have this tension in my neck for months. Not only in muscles, sometimes feels like my throat is tensed too. I don’t know what to do about it. I tried with some meds, but nothing helped. What else I can do? I would like to know if someone else experienced sensations like this, any suggestions?

White spots In the back of my mouth

hi, recently ive been having a really dry/sore throat and just realized there is a small white spot.. my throat is all red and my dad says its infected.. its really irritaiting when i eat dry foods and when im talking.. im also losing my voice and im not sure if its becauuse of the white spot....
