Swollen bump on my tongue !!! Help me I don't know what it is or what to do

Yesterday I had a little bump on top of my tongue near the back on the right side it felt like a canker sore when I woke up this morning it was swollen and sore! No where else on my tongue is swollen or is in pain ! Does anyone know what it is or how to get rid of it ?

phelgm

What is the difference between coloured and clear phelgm? I’ve had headaches in last 2-3 days, felt tired, dizzy and had pale phelgm. I haven’t had fever, but had pain in muscles and joints. This seems to be flu like disease. But I’m interested in this thing about colour of phelgm.
