so ive been sick for 3 days. my tonsels are massive, ive had this lots of time before but its by far the worst ive ever experienced, i cant sleep, been throwing up ect. been taking antibiotics for a long time on and off, and im on the waiting list for getting them out. but my tonsels arnt getting any smaller these past 3 days, is there anything i can do??? my throat is practicly closed :'(

try a salt water gargle- and if that doesnt relieve the pain do a co-codamol gargle. If your air way is closing up get to AnE or phone your Dr. The hospital won't take them out as its sounds like you have tonsilutus again- they might admit you and give you IV antibiotics and a drip- and then take them out. As someone who has suffered with this for 31 years and only just got them out last week and in post recovery I know that your going through- hang in there and put real pressure on your doctor to listen to you.
