Hi I'm a first time poster.
I have been having problem swallowing while laying down. My throat feels a little tight and I start to panic a little. I also have a little problem breathing.

A doctor said my mouth is kind of narrow and I should lose some weight. I also got a sleep apnea test and they said I have a very very mild case, nothing that losing 10 to 20 pounds wouldn't take care of.

I really don't want that tightness in my throat. It's scary. Sometimes I would cough so hard I would choke.

What kind of test or doctor should I see? I pray it's nothing. I'm sure it's nothing.
