Phlegm with black strands of phlegm/ non-smoker

I've noticed when I spit phlegms I have black strands of phlegms combined with the ordinary phlegm. I don't smoke and I'm not a coal miner like many people with this problem have. I don't know why this is happening to me. I need answers.

Feels like I've swallowed razor blades, could it be larengitis

What is Larengitis, I have today been to a Dr as I feel like I have something in my throat on the left. It is difficult to swallow and I am struggling to breath sometimes. Any ideas? My Dr had no idea and said it was possibly larengitis. I have had no other symptoms.

I lost my voice three weeks ago and I still can't talk normally. I'm choking on thick snot

My voice has been gone for going on three weeks now and I'm not able to talk at all now in the morning I'm choking up really thick like snot in huge flakes it's a green rubbery consistency also have really dry throat and mouth if you have any advice that would be great thanks.
