I am not sure on the accuracy of my diagnosis. I would have to say that I have had relief. I was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuropathy on the right side. I have all these symptoms. I was origonally put on Lyrica 3x's a day, however the suicidal thoughts with that med for me were a scarey truth. I was switched to Gabapentin and my dose was gradually increased and I have found help in the pain relief in my ears, jaw and salvatory gland. Good Luck! Tiffany

The white spots on your tonsils are definitely tonsil stones. I've actually created an entire website with a ton of free information on them as well as a free e-book. If you'd like more information you

I thought my vertigo was benign from what the docs told me , so I just lived with it , then I went to the dentist and had a crown replaced in a molar that was infected and poof , the inner ear problems were gone , wow , doctors are stupid sometimes , I would have taken care of that tooth a year ago and saved the six thousand for the ct scan if I would have known it was related to a cavity !!!

I get tonsil stones too. I wanted to mention about the runny nose though, that a family friend had that and her sphenoid bone deteriorated. I don't want to scare you, it's super rare, but if you do have it, I couldn't let you go on not knowing.

I don't know if you've resolved this issue, but I would encourage you to speak with an ENT or Neurologist about getting checked for a CSF leak. The fluid from your nose along with your symptoms sound like that.

I have tonsil stones and the ringing in both of my ears is so loud I’m going insane. I have also had a few episodes of bad vertigo. I had no idea there was such a thing as salivary gland stones. I have to look them up.
