burnt throat after taking an advil

Help this has been since monday my throat burns like crazy i can eat or drink anything with out my throat burning and if i do i cant breath and the upper partvof my chest hurts extremely bad i need help

when i swallow i get a feeling of something sharp stuck half way down the front of my neck

I dont have a sore throat or any such like, but when i swallow ( not all the time ) i get a feeling of something sharp stuck half way down the front of my neck near the adams apple. When i physically move my adams apple i can feel it also. Any advice would be appreciated Thanks

Once a week I have green hard lumps comming out of my throat.

Take a spoon full of good natural HONEY! (I took 2 spoon fulls a day) It really helps, my throat isn't as burned as some of y'alls  story. But i had problems breathing and drinking water. The gulp hurts in between my chest.
