I am having problems with my Thyroid. I have not taken any medication yet and am reluctant. Am on anti depressants and would like to take an alternative like Thyroid assist. I don't want to start medication which in the end I would have to take for years. Can you help in this regard?

I was diagnosed with chronic asthma about 3 years ago and at the same time was told I had a tiny thyroidal goitre in one of the 2 lobes of my left lung. I was told it would never grow and would always be benign, could this change ?
