how can an 12 girl who, almost developed get taller?

My dougther is 11 1/2 years old and almost developed. but she hasn't grow tall and her doc says she might grow only a few more inches more. We want her to grow taller and be at least averege. What can we do about it? We will do any thing that is possible that is not risky.
