My 11 year old daughter is spotting 2 days ago and now itching and the spotting has stopped

My 11 yr. old daughter had some spotting when she wiped herself and a little pain after using the bathroom. Now her private is itching her and there is no more blood. I thought she was starting her menstrual cycle at first but apparently it isn't. Can anyone help me with this??

My grandson is three and has been telling me his "winky" is "big" them urinates and all is well . My grown soon never did this to my knowledge and claims he did? Anyone else?

I see half of the gums, I was bleeding for a while, and I washed it away, but does this mean it will fall out? So i am using this new acne wash and u put it on your face with a scrublet and then u wash it offf well after i wash it and get out of the shower my face drys and it starts to peeel a little do u think i need to stop this medicince or keep on going
