I see half of the gums, I was bleeding for a while, and I washed it away, but does this mean it will fall out?

It's grinder, so i'm worry because I know grinders don't grow back like the other teeth in your mouth.

I havn't wen't to the dentist yet, so any tips. By the way it doesn't hurt at all, but it was bleeding.

And if you're wondering how I chipped it, I was was eating and than some how my tooth chipped, I was eating spaghetti, so I don't know why it chipped.
