my 3 year old daughter had a stinking nappy so i changed her bottom but when i wiped her front part i found blood on the wipe it was like what i experience when i have a period some one please answer asap as im terribly worried

I read something about dermoid cyst in some magazine. If I understood well, it isn’t so much dangerous. Still, I would not like to have one. Now I want to know can young children have dermoid cyst? I have daughter six years old and I don’t know do I need to worry about it.
