I am scheduled for my surgery November 12. I must admit reading these posts do not help. Please let me know what to expect and what I can do to make he process easier (or as easy as possible). Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm having my tonsils out next month because of recurrent tonsil stones. Has anyone had theirs out and now tonsil stone free and have fresh breath? I'm scared to death to do this but hope it is all worth it.

Still feels rough

I had my surgery on 4-24-07. My recovery went smoothly with the horrible ear pain and sore throat but after 2 weeks I felt pretty good. My concern now is that the right side of my throat still feels like there is something stuck back there. Much like the sensation when the scabs were falling off....
