Hi, I have dermoid cyst on my right ovary about 3cm (US was done 3 months ago). They know that I'm trying for a baby but they don't want to remove the cyst before I get pregnant. In my opinion it would be better If I will have surgery before pragnacy. Please help me, what do you think?

4 months after an iud taken out

So I got my mirena taken out in September. I have got my period once since then and it was super light. I have been experiencing abdominal cramps. Headaches and nausea. Lots of vaginal discharge and weight gain a long with weird food cravings. Could I be pregnant or what is going on?
