How quick can you get pregnant after unprotected sex?

I had sex around three / fours days ago, this was the day after I finished my period. Now I am experiencing brown discharge, along with stomach cramps (even though period finish five days go).   Is this a sign of pregnancy? I know it sounds silly, as I did not think that it could happen that quick!

I am trying to figure out if im having a miscarriage or not://? I went to the pregnancy care center & they told me I was about 6 Weeks pregnant! They did a ultra sound a few days after that & they told me I was most likely around 4 because they saw the sack & said everything looked good....
