Your chances are not to high. I have had the same thing happen to me and we thought that I was pregnant but it was just an irregularity to my cycle.
I suggest if your trying to conceive to go visit your gyn. they might be able to prescribe some pills to help you regulate your period. IN my case my gyn. prescribed me some pills that are completely plant based...Agnucaston and I take one every morning ...I can happily say that it has regulated my period.
So that would be my advice : visit your gyn. and talk about your desire to conceive and your problem with the missing period. Also keep trying you never know when that one time is going to bring about that positive sign on your pregnancy test!
