Cyst on my right fallopian tube, will it prevent me from having a baby?

I'm trying to get pregnant with my husband and can't

My husband and i have been trying to have a baby and havent had any luck. I have had all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy, but all tests show negative including a blood test.
