Should i worry if my semen touches her vagina?

i jus wanted to knw whtr a girl can get pregnent without intercourse?m asking this question coz my gf is very much tensed dis month due to  not geting her mensuration.we havent done any intrercourse but ofcourse we had oral sex and we used to touch genital very often and i used to masterbate sitting next to her ..so tell me is der any change of pregnancy if my semen touches her vagina???pls help me out..plsplsplspl
