Pains in stomache after every meal

Stomach pain and was perscribe Nexium The pain is after every meal. Not just the upper abdomial but, the lower part of the stomach as well. Its a full feeling even if I just eat small portion. Its the feeling or pain of over eating. I am not over weight.
