Pressure in low abdomen/burping?

At the very end of my period I was feeling nauseous in the mornings and only ate little. I've had a constant pressure or tight feeling in my lower abdomen about 2 to 3 inches below my belly button. I have 2-3 bms a day still. I was burping a lot more for 4 days. Again I don't really have any pain....
