Im 19 years old. I'm having bad abdominal pain, especially on my left bottom side. I have acute acidity and a lot of belching. This is going on since 2 weeks now. I have irregular periods due to pcod. Was taking homeopathic treatment for that. I feel like I have rectal bleeding a few times. I'm not sure though. I had a sonography which was clear but my blood test showed 11.7 haemoglobin and low vitamin D and B12. I'm having breast pain as well since 2-3 days and running slight fever.t doctor said I have colitis and has prescribed darolac and satrogyl O twice a day. I've been taking pan 40 every morning since 2 weeks. The pain increases in the evening though I'm quite normal in the day. What should I do?
