I've been eating ice for months and started getting pain in both my sides and my stomach on the right side appears to be numb. Could ice cause this problem? Also, can ice make you sick if eating just yours not outside ice? Thanks!

when I’m sitting down and bend over or curl up in a ball I get a pain at the bottom of my rib cage

I have two kids 5,3, ever since having my last when I’m sitting down and bend over or curl up in a ball a certain way I get a pain at the bottom of my rib cage, or under it. It’s like a muscle or something gets tied up or cramps. Does anyone know what this might be???
