horrifying cramps in my intestine each time after a meal

I am 37 for the last few days ive been experiencing horrifying cramps in my intestine each time after a meal.I feel nauseated some of the times but it really effects me after each meal, then it takes a day or 2 and I'll have diarrhea. What could this be?

sharp knife-like coming and going pain in left lower abdomen

Sharp knife like pain in my left lower abdomen. Comes and goes. I have it since a couple of days ago. I don't want to tell my mom and get it blown out of proportion. So if I should go ti a doctor someone please tell. Since I am only 15 I don't know if it's serious or not.

weird feeling in stomach

I get this weird sensation in my stomach. It is kind of like fluttering but it is not exactly. Most times it moves from the top to the bottom of my abdomen. It left for a while but it just came back.
