I'm starting duromine next week. Well hope I do. I have an appointment with a weightloss doctor Monday but I'm nervous about the no sleep symptoms most people are getting. Is there a product similar to CitriStat?

I had some CitriStat which I could not tolerate. Gave it to my 52 year old daughter. She did not lose weight but it grew stron fingernails for her. Is there a similar product that will give this result?. CitriStat not on the market any longer.
