I'm a 13 year old girl and I'm 5 feet and like 112 lbs. I eat pretty heathy and I play hockey soccer and lacrosse. In everything I wear I feel fat because I'm overweight. And then I feel like boys think I'm gross and fat. I have pretty hair and a pretty face it's just my god awful stomach! I need advice! What should I do??

What about an exercises?If you want to target your ab muscles, there's no better exercise for it than abs. How often do you eat and what do you eat usually? Nutrition is really important in reducing belly fat. 

You need both, exercise and nutrition to have a really flat stomach. You can achieve the same just with exercise but it will take you longer.
