I just had a successful abortion and now my breasts are swollen and in so much pain. I tried to pump it and there's milk but hard to come out is it okay if the milk won't come out?

I just had an abortion ( surgical) and since I have very painful heartburn everyday. I never had it while pregnant only since the abortion, has anyone else had this? Thanks

What causes a metallic taste in the mouth after an abortion?

I had a medical abortion about 11days ago at 5weeks 4days gestation. Bleeding has subsided now and breast tenderness has also subsided. But I still have a metallic taste in my mouth. Should I be bothered about this?
